Today is the official fall equinox in the northern hemisphere and the breaking fall foliage surrounding us brings so much inspiration to our meals. Here, we’re sharing one of our favorite side dishes and a guaranteed crowd pleaser. This rich delicious Acorn squash is simple to make and packed with flavor and essential nutrients. 1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chopped sage
2 tsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp sea salt
4 garlic cloves chopped
2 tbs EVOO
- Peel squash cut into wedges mix all ingredients together.
- Cook in 370-degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes or until tender
