Deep Flavored Eggplant Salad

We are excited to share our favorite deep flavored eggplant salad recipe with you all. Let’s start off by saying that the aroma of this salad dominates the space it inhabits and it fills your sight with its beauty. Because we eat salad everyday, it’s important to us that we serve different varieties of them. We believe the organic ingredients of this salad will own your taste buds at first bite. We hope you enjoy making it for your families as much as we do.


2 eggplants
2 scallions (chopped)
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp hot pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black sesame seeds

Seasoning mixture:

Combine scallions, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, sesame oil, garlic cloves, fish sauce, sesame oil in a bowl and mix well. Add the steamed eggplants and mix it well by hands. Sprinkle black sesame seeds.


Add 2 cups of water to steamer
Set on medium-high to boil
Remove the cap from eggplants
Cut into 2 inch pieces crosswise then cut the those pieces in halves lengthwise
Steam for about 4 minutes
Take the eggplants out of the steamer and let cool for 5 minutes

Tear them into bite size pieces
