Delicious Chicken Balls Recipe

Nothing says fiesta like chicken balls. Whether you’re planning a large gathering or a meal with just your family, this easy to make and delicious dish is sure to be a winner with all. This balls of ground chicken meat is moist and full of flavors that burst in your mouth with every bite. Having this dish on your menu is sure to allow you less time in the kitchen and more time to enjoy it with your families.


1 lb ground chicken

3-4 scallions

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp salt

1/2 minced jalapeño (optional)

1/4 cilantro

1/2 cup flour (add a pinch of salt)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

2 tbs EVOO







1.Mix all the ingredients (except the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs)

2. Make chicken into 8 balls

3. Beat eggs and add a pinch of salt with 1/2 tsp water

4. First coat each chicken ball with flour, then the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs

5. Coat the chicken balls with EVOO

6. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15-20 minuets until golden brown

** If your ground chicken is dry, add an egg to your chicken balls to make it moist**
