Korean cucumber salad has easily become one of our new favorite dishes. What’s not to love about this fresh, spicy, sweet side dish? Best of all, it’s super easy to make which makes it perfect for those busy days. I’m sure you’ll be making it over and over again! Here is what you need.
1 cucumber (cut it lengthwise in half then cut it into thin diagonal slices)
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon Korean chili flakes
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
2 gloves garlic minced
1/2 small onion (cut it into thin slices)
The instructions are very simple. Once you cut the cucumber into lengthwise and slice it into thin diagonal shapes, place it into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Make sure you mix everything together. That’s all. Your Korean cucumber salad is ready.
