Roasted Tandoori Chicken

We have a scrumptious recipe to share with you today and like many others, it’s our family’s favorite. Our gratitude goes to Spice tree organics. Using their spices we were able to create this flavorful and delicious crispy chicken dish. It transforms your typical chicken recipe with each tender, moist, juicy mouthwatering bite. A must try and a complement to any entree. Bon Appétit !

Ingredients :
1 whole chicken (without backbone)
1 tbs grated ginger
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 chopped cilantro
1 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt or to taste
1 tbs smoked paprika
2 tbs Spice Organic Tandoori Masala
1/2 cup yogurt

1.Cut up whole chicken (we won’t use the backbone in this recipe but we saved it and used it for broth)
2.Add all ingredients into the chicken and massage the chicken very well. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minuets.
3.Roast it in 525 degrees oven for 40-45 minuets. Now you’re ready to enjoy!
