For example, it has good source of protein, B-6  and B-12,  vitamin A (good for eyes, skin and immune system) and Iron. .We were raised on eating organ meats, so sautéed liver is one of our favorite dish. Today we will be sharing how we make our sautéed liver.

1/2 lb grass-fed cow liver

1 medium onion

3-4 tbsp organic sunflower oil

2 gloves garlic (crushed)

4-5 couple tri-colored peppers

1 tbsp organic Italian parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

This is simple to make. Cut the liver, onions and tri-colored peppers into thin slices lengthwise. In a pan, heat oil. Once the oil is heated, add the onions. Let it simmer for couple of minutes. When the onions are soften, add the garlic. Let it simmer with the onions for one minute. Set it aside while you cook the liver. In a different pan, add some oil and cook the liver until they are brown in color. Once the liver is cooked, add the peppers and the spices. Let it all cook gently for couple minutes. Then add the cooked onions and garlic and the salt and pepper. Let everything cook together for a minute or so. Enjoy it with bread of your choice!
