The Best Super Grain and Bean Salad Recipe

We are always trying new and fresh salad ideas. This salad recipe is one of our favorite because it is absolutely packed with goodness. Today we will be sharing how to make a delicious, healthy and simple Super Grain and Bean Salad.



2 cups of cooked super grain blend ( It consists of buckwheat, millet, red quinoa and white quinoa)

1/2 cup grilled sweet corn

4-5 small tri-colored peppers

1/2 cup cooked black beans

1/2 cup roasted garbanzo beans

1/2 medium onion (diced)

1 small avocado (diced)

1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

Salt and pepper and Italian seasoning to taste


Dressing ingredients:

3-4 tablespoon EVOO

2 big lemons

salt to taste


This is simple to make and we enjoy it served cold or hot. It is delicious either way. This is what you will need to do.

  1. Start off by grilling the sweet corn, onions, and peppers. Season it with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a medium bowl gently toss the cooked grain blends with all the other ingredients.
  3. Add your dressing into the salad. Mix it well so that everything is coated evenly
  4. ENJOY!
